About Mella’s Fudge:
Mella began making fudge with her mother in their kitchen overlooking Bantry Bay, and fudge has been in Mella’s life ever since. Her recipes use the creamiest of West Cork butter to give it that old-fashioned, crumbly, buttery taste.
